Lack of scorotron fans

hey all.
Just wondering what the effects might be if neither of my scorotron fans are working. I know they don't work, they aren't even in the press. I am assuming a buildup of ozone, which would result in...what ? I can print, though not what I would call indigo quality. I'm looking for ammo to fire at the boss to get them replaced. Nope, no service contract. Press is a 3050.

If you a long time to printing, may be will apear pint quality issues :
1. you PIP will have black piont.
2 you preducts will see white piont.

 

And you preducts will have banding of long side direction is parallel
