DI haults while burning plates

while burning plates press stops imaging and gives a code 12-06 is it a chain issue. Thanks Darryl

 

Possibly....delivery grippers may be touching & tripping the paper overshoot trip at high speed.

Thank you for the tip! chains seem to be worn. How much should I tighten, and is there a process to adjusting them.

 

Technically the tensioners are self-adjusting, although, using a pin wrench, you can open the gap the spring is in to apply more tension to the chains. The spring gap is set at the factory to 31mm. If it is over 35mm you will need new chains.
