OKI C9650n not printing color

    I have a Oki c9650n with new CMYK drums and toner cartridges installed. The toner levels are detected and show at 100%. When I print a demo page from the panel, the output is monochrome. What could be keeping it from printing in color?

    It looks like the firmware was updated to a monochrome only mode. I was able to revert it back to full color mode, so all is well.
