Does anyone know why I continue to get nicks and scratches on my black drums? It just periodically happens with them.

could it be the cyan developer next to the black drum? I'm on my third drum in 2 weeks and now I need a fourth

    Yes
You either need to replace your Black developer and tank or under the black developer tank is a black plastic plate either remove the plate or get your tech too replace it.

    Happy Printing
