    Hi everyone!

I`m having this issue on ryobi 524gx.Very light toning on a gripper side!I tried to decrease pressures and brought up water but non of this helps. It seems to be not toning first 100 sheets during the start.I also checked form rollers,i thought maybe they`ve been plate driven and stuff. But they seem to be fine.Maybe someone knows what could possibly cause that or had similar issues? But as i said that toning is very light, only on gripper side and only visible on blank background.thank`s.

Did you check with other brand of ink? Roller width on oscillator and plate are in spec with manual?Roller bearings are in good condition and lubricated? Have you decalcified your rollers lately? Hope these thoughts help good luck

Thank`s for your advice mantman,i guess i`ll try to decalcify those rollers and i`ll swap a different faster drying ink with less reducer in it.

Reducer??? Are you a guy that defaults to a reduced ink? If you consistently reduce your inks, as a matter of course, Id say that you should either stop doing that, or.... buy lower tack inks.

If your form rollers are set to heavy this will occur. Also try the segregating the bridge roller or vice verse.

Whats your PH on your water solution? You should be running about 4.5. Reducer is NOT your friend.
