Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. We recently moved a customer's S40, and are getting communication error from pqc to pdc-sii. The console says "sprayer communication error". We have checked continuity of the cable from the sprayer to the scc2 board, connector J3. We are also having issues with the scanner (j5 connection) not changing the ink keys (communication). Both of these connections are on the scc2 board. We tried a new board, to no avail. The sprayer works manually at the weko box, but will not come on from the console. Thank you for any suggestions.

    Good day sir:
Try to see if the Console 1) Connector loose or break 2) Pins broken or PCB loose in the transports 3) Some wires desolder 4)
Flat cable or ribbon broken or doing bad for loose in the transport. 5) Look for some Fuse or C. breaker loose or Tripped 6) Test the power supply if the Voltage +5Vdc+12Vdc-12Vdc See you Schematic Diagrams and use good DMM with Good Precission like FLUKE.
    Back to me any question

We have a resident komori guru. It turned out that in the console power (acl, acn, and ground), acn and neutral were swapped. This fried the moxa comm port on the pc (we switched he'd to another open port which worked), and the weko box. Replaced both and everything is good. Scanner communication was down because of the moxa port, and sprayer communication was down because the weko box being fried.

Can the communication for the PDC-SII feedback with the PQC only occur exclusively through the SCC2-J5 port? Or can use another free port to carry out this communication?
