POLAR92X error code 117

After the completion of cutting according to the program, the knife returned to its original position, but on the monitor appear error 117. Clicking the buttons of cut, a second error 470.
To return in manual mode the knife in at the top point is obtained, but the errors persist.
Locked the screen and cannot be made to work. Нelp to understand with a problem

117 CUT INTERRUPTED
Cause:
Indicates that a cut has been interrupted when the machine was in upper dead
centre position. This is no malfunction, but a status message.
The machine should not be disconnected in this condition, because an error
message would result when the machine is switched on again, because of the
inadmissible home position.
In that case, the knife must be returned manually to its home position (clutch
handles).

Remedy:
- Terminate cut, until knife has returned to home position (upper dead centre)
- Observe light barrier at the clamp ("High-Speed Cutting" Option)
- Light barrier at the clamp is not properly recognised
- check MHS

When cut error 470 appear:
1) This indicate that knife is not in Upper dead centre.
This happen when the machine is switch off, during some aborted Cut!!
Proceed like this:
The machine must be switch Off, by turning the flywheel , the knife must be Upper dead centre.
After that, turn On again, and the machine must Work Normally.
If the problem persist you must test:
a)proximity switch or sensor for Safety Bolt, for dirty, bad ajustment, loose cables, or defectives.use your DMM .
b)KAP board defective, test the power supply with the schematic diagram and DMM(digitam multimeter)
c)Test the MHS(Knife Upstroke control), see the S.D
