cd74 coater blade wear

are working blade on the d.s of are coater is wearing a lot faster than the closing blade on same side and both on o.s. wondering if this means are blades are not parallel to the coating roller.

 

Hi, not 100% clear on this. Are both blades on d/s wearing more than the o/s? it is possible to adjust the height of the coat chamber, and this may be the issue.

 

nope just the top blade . yes there is a adjustment to raise that side.
