Touch screen LCD not responsive on QDMI PRO

I have an issue with the touch screen.
It does not "touch".
Everything is fine except the screen.

1. Any tricks to fix this issue ?
(I have already tried the hot air gun...)

1. Can I use mouse or keyboard instead ?

try to clean the ribbon cable or flexi cables, or tight the sae
or open cable replace cable.

test the input voltage to the LCD according to the w.diagram
+5 or 9vdc 0 12 vdc,depend of the design
if there are replace the LCD screen
