a whole list of color bars is available from Komori for each press or you can make / edit your own.

when the name of the colorbar file has a GST at the end it is one with a tint target - your gray scale

    you should use 5(color)G(Gray) S(solid) T(tint)
I can send you as an EPS file

35 mm patches. This is a special colorbar with a 25% black and a corresponding CMY gray patch, a 50% black and CMY gray patch and a 75% black and corresponding graypatch. I uploaded an image also.

Yes it is for a 29, we have PDDC-SII on the presses and have not paid for the graybalance readablity if that matters. I'll just like it to read the density if possible. I know that might be asking alot but thanks for your help.

. . . Did you know that you can measure the 50M/40C/40Y grey patch as a ‘density’ and know everything about your press sheet?
Set you densitometer to “all” filters.
Take a reading of the grey patch- the V is the overall density ( should be around .60). Look at the y/m/c densities- they should be within .03 of each other. The ‘target’ is to have them all the same.
    Example- V.65 M.55 C.60 Y.54
Since the V # is high you lower the (higher #) density - Cyan!
If the V was .55 you would increase the M/Y densities!

Go into tools and colour bar editor. Edit your own bar in and name and save it, it’s easy.
