Hi guys! I´m looking for help! I have perfector error in 5 color Speedmaster 52. The press is locked. In the ZID appears the Perfecting perturbation and the press not run. The ZID appears that press needs to turn to straight printing (and press is straight)

Once was easy reset, the press was running and perturbation desappear. After we dismount SAK card for reset, the perturbation appears again and we cannot start the press. This press comes with CPC, CP Tronic and full automatic change over perfector, year 1998.

I hope some can help us.
    Thanks and best regards.

    Welcome to the forum.

Just a quick note: while I definitely commend the intent of helping people to be able to troubleshoot and maintain their own machines and get information on older presses and equipment, please don't get the forum into trouble by requesting or providing any restricted material.

Generally operations manuals and manuals which are sold to the public are fine. It is fine to trade, request, or give manuals or tools as long as they are not prohibited from sale/trade and don't violate copyright (if they are out of copyright for example, or if the copyright holder allows them to be sold and resold and it's a legit copy.)

It is fine to ask about the procedure for obtaining manuals or restricted tools legally and through proper channels.

It is perfectly fine to ask questions that others can help answer regarding servicing your press.

But please don't get the forum into trouble by asking for or offering any items which are restricted from sale by the copyright holder.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Call Heidelberg. You really should never have to reset the SAK on any machine with fully automatic perfector. You can cause pretty serious issues with the conversion gear if the machine is not put back into straight printing properly. Best advice I could give you is to call Heidelberg

If the press is in straight mode and the console still has a red error telling you to go back to straight printing you probably need to do a calibration run. If you have not done this before its best to get an experienced tech involved as exheidmech says.
