I would really suggest you use flow grease supplied by yohr Heidelberg agency. Reason being, flow greases have different base compounds, and if you mix two incompatible greases, the results can be catastrophic.

Heidelberg part no. *00.580.4702/01 Saphira HP2 Lubricant. Or you can get it direct from the manufacturer Kluber Centoplex GLP 500. Heidelberg just re-badge it

thanks for the input junker and contractor.

the label indicate i should use fluid grease of NLGI-class 000 or 00!, not really sure what this is.

by the way, encountered 2 problems so far..
    - last two sheets when you stop the machine doesnt have the last two colors. impression releases for the last 2 units (only for the last 2 sheets of paper).
    - the first unit crawl doesnt auto stop upon reaching the tail of the plate.

    please help. thank you!

NLGI is just an agency that sets standards for grease compositions, 000 is the consistency rating, this one being on the more fluid side of the spectrum, as the higher the number, the "heavier" the grease. As to your impression sequencing issue, look at the roller switches prior to and at the affected units (under the OS cover), which follow the cam mounted on the impression cylinder journal. Most likely mechanically worn at the pivoting lever or axle through the wheel. Maybe just an adjustment closer to the cam, but if badly worn, a new one would be in order. Could also be a problematic relay. Positioning of the plate cylinder would be affected by a proximity or flag switch problem also under the OS cover, but I don't recall how the older MO presses were set up.

Please explain further, CPC issues? One unit? Manually able to change in lateral and circumferential in all units?
