    Hi,
We have a Polar Mohr 76 EM, the back gauge position and the display is off by 0.4 inch. I need help on how to calibrate the back gauge to correspond to the LED display.
    Thanks,
    Vergil

In the control cabinet under the front bed there is a rack of pc boards. One card is marked TAM. ON THIS BOARD IS A SERIES OF ADJUSTABLE POTS marked 0.1. 0.01 1. 10 etc. These are millimeter measurements for adustments to accuracy. You have to adjust these. There is a formula but I cant remember. Make a note of original settings and adjust by trial and error. If you adjust one and it makes a big change to measurement try a smaller denomination good luck do adustments with machine turned of so you recalibrate after each adjustment

    Hi Andy,
I saw the TAM board and the appropriate pots with it significant value. There is a black push button switch on the lower front of the TAM board. What is the function of that button? I just need to know if I have to do anything with the switch. I 'll wait for a reply before touching anything.
    Thanks for the help,
    Vergil

The button .if I recall correctly. Creates a reference input. No need to touch it. Just by trial an error adjust pots

    Hi Andy,
I went and check the cutter calibration today before proceeding with the re-calibration and found out that it is within the parameter. I knew that a few days back it was out. Is there anything I can check and or clean to prevent this from happening again?
    Thanks.
