I would like to ask for assistance please.

On UNIT 1 of my QMDI Classic, the oscillating disc that oscillates the 2 plastic rollers on the unit has come off completely. The "pin" that holds the disc in position has sheared off at the neck.
The 3 countersunk screws are still in place but the center of the pin has broken off completely. The only thing that was holding the disc onto the machine was the arm that controls the ink duct roller.

Please see attached picture of the unit - minus the disc which I have removed. The above problem occurred during a run and now I have the problem of getting the unit back into timing.
I have replaced a pin before on unit 3 but I am unsure of how to reset the disc and the rollers so that the unit is in timing again. I do not have any point of reference when re-installing the disc.
Could anyone out there please explain how I should go about doing the repair so that the unit is back in timing with everything in the correct position relative to the plate and blanket cylinders.

Your assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this problem.

    Hi Maveric1971,
why didn't you asked me directly, I'm not so often on this forum now.
You just have to put your press on zero position and use the pin accross the hole in cam and the press frame. It's towarding 6 o'clock in unit 1.
I hope you solved this already.
Don't hesitate to ask me directly next time
