DC 250 Print Issues with stripes

Hi,

Our DC 250 has stripes in Magenty and Cyan. See attachments. Any ideas what could cause this.

i think that drum is demaged. try replace cyan drum and yellow drum.. if i see corect, yellow drum is good. when you replace cyan and yellow, i think that you will get that stripes on yellow color.. and cyan will be fine.

thanks coricdado, changing the cyan drum solved the problem. the other drums dont look to well either but you cant see it in the print picture

then, you need to buy new drum =)
and.. you need calibrate machine.. this is not good..
