First Ryobi 920 Led UV press in North America

Happy to announce that we bought the first Ryobi 920 LED UV press in North America from Print Finishing Solutions, (Kian 760-717-1000 sales Rep)

This press is amazing!
*it has a 20-50 sheet make ready
*UV Led Inks
*set up is 5-6 mins
*auto plate loader 5 plates in 65 sec
*Over prints Spot UV varnish inline
*16,200 sheets per hour

Sheet size 25x36, image 24x35 with bleeds.

The press will be installed the end of Feb and we will be up and running the first week of March 2015

We are a short run wholesale pocket folder printing company that has about 15-20 setups per day so you can imagine how much this is going to save us with turn-times, savings in paper.

We are looking at the same machine. I am curious to how this machine is doing in production? Have you had any issues at all with the machine? Also we were told the LED UV puts out little to no VOC's. Is that the case. We are putting this machine in tight quarters.
