We had a bad crash in our delivery with a severely bent gripper bar. We got it straightened and put back together and now the timing seems off. All of the delivery grippers hit on the transfer cylinder. We have a coater and extended delivery. Is there an adjustment for the timing between the press and the delivery? Our old Akiyama had something.

The cam on gripper bar might need adjusting.

I'm replying from my phone so this will be short haha. Hopefully this will do it.
Open catwalk to coater back cylinder (delivery side). On the drive side you'll see the gear that drives the delivery chain. Reach down between the frame and the gear and you should feel bolts going into the gear. Loosen those and you'll be able to move the bars into position. Make sure your chain is tight as well.
