Error on D Series PQC of Lithrone 526 1989 make

Dear friends
I run a Lithrone 526 of 1989 make. Yesterday in the morning when we started the machine PQC was not responding, however there was power in PQC. There was no control and movement in Ink, Cylinder Registration, Water Fountain etc. A local Komori electrical technician was called to check the problem. After some working he removed the cards and replaced them again and entered some Data.
My problem now is that Ink keys are working but Cylinder Registration is not working. Now it is moving both ways but it is not staying at the desired level returning back to original position. An error EA 8dC 8 is displaying. Can I get an help from some of our expert friends.

Dear Friends
The current situation of my PQC: All Ink, fountain controls are working. The problem is with registration in both Lateral and circumference in all 5 units. For example The Lateral Registration is at 30, we moved it to 55, it moves at its own to 65 and then automatically moves back towards 33 and stops. This is happening with both the Lateral and circumference registration. Now I am operating the machine with controls over the delivery. Can any body help me.
