Phantom Paper Jam

    We have a paper jam indicated on our Printmaster 46-2
    There is no jam
    Ideas????

    keep looking and if you still do not find any paper jammed then look at your electronic detectors for either spray powder buildup or perhaps some grease that was deposited during the paper jams that were cleared. wipe them all off and see if that clears the error.

    We've taken out and cleaned everything. When we go in and move the sensor by hand we can get the jam light to go off. It can rock back and forth ever so slightly so it's almost like a loose wire. We do have a tech coming for our DI on Monday so I'm going to quiz him.
