how to fix error 131 on machine polar type 137

Hi.
How to fix error 131 on polar machine 137? On cutting card sk95 led v88 lite red. Could u please help me to solve this? Thank you very much.

The error message “CUT CIRCUIT STATIC FAULT – 131” is related to the cut circuit control system.
The cut circuit is controlled and organized by more than one electronic circuit. Two channels working parallel for example by checking permanently all inputs (in relation to the cut). This two channel found one input not reacting normal.
In your electrical drawing you see all inputs (related to the cut) at the board SK. These are first off all the cut buttons (S28a and S28b) and the safety bolt switches (B.SBE and B.SBA). Furthermore you have the feedback form the gearbox limit switches (or MHS in newer machines) and the feedback from the light barrier.
Usually the service engineers find problems with the cut buttons or the safe bolt switches. Maybe a local electrician can us the drawing and check the input signals.

I try to swap the cutting card sk95 to the other machine (good one). But red led v88 always on, and the same error (131)appears to the monitor (good one). And I back the card to its original the good one machine normal again. May I ask a question, why the error 131, it seems like a "Lock" inside card sk95 because red led v88 always on, how can I "reset" card SK 95 so the red led v88 off?

The LED V88 has the same meaning like the error message.
The board SK detected a fault. The board SK is not faulty!
The SK board has no RESET from the outside. The designers where looking for a safe system.
I hope the other SK board is from the same type of machine.
The only thing you can do is reading my first information. No joke, these are the first steps. Checking all inputs and the power supply.
I do not believe the power supply can cause this problem. Normally one of the input signals is to slow, not stabile (like flickering) or the signal level (no 24V d. c.) is too low.
Maybe it helps if you take a look in which moment the error shows up.
