Hi all, just wondering what is the correct pressure for a stripe on the ANILOX to coater blanket?

We are running a heidelberg xl75, kinyo stripper blankets, chamberd/anilox system.

On our pressure screen we are currently running at 0.70 squeeze anilox to blanket. Is this to heavy? Over periods of time we have to keep uping the pressure because it runs light on the O.S side

We had this. Usually ran with .03 squeeze but eventually had to increase to .06, which is when we called H'berg in.
The bearing housing needs changing. Where you lock the roller into the housing it creates a low spot at the top of the housing which lets the roller move up reducing pressure.
We just changed the one housing, ours was drive side.

You can also confirm it by providing a shim on the low spot area and able to get the same pressure on both sides
