Heidelberg DI plus CPU problem

    Turned on the DI this morning and no power to cpu or light connescted to power source. Any ideas? the press runs fine otherwise. inching , start, stop, plate washers

    Power supply may be bad. Also make sure nobody has flipped the switch changing the voltage form 230v to 115v for the PC. This blows the transistors in the power supply. Makes a nice pop noise with a good bit of smoke.

    Hi Blueslal... you can put a tester conector for view if this can put power to the board... is no to alarm.. is a symple problem... i solved this every time.. if the problem is the power box you can remplace by power box for AT motherboard... the old board... or you can buy a ATX power to AT... this can buy in ebay or Aliexpress.... and problem solved... if the problem is the motherboard... i did recomend you the repair... in some center computer lab can solved this with any problem... somethings is the regulator chip from the motherboard... if you wanna you can remplace this board for AT board buy from the EBAY... i put a Pentium III motherboard in my machine... the only requiered is this get a ISA slot and BIOS AWARD... so.. i hope this can solve you any problem... is you wanna i can help you how do this... i hope this help to you...
