Help Feeder And Delivery Not Working

Hello Can Anybody Help, My Display On The Feeder Is Blank I Can Not Control The Up And Down Of My Feeder. Error Codes on Front Screen Plausibility error Bottom Limit Switch - Faulty Communication - Arrow Pointing Down T..

 

Check the fuse on your SLM boards in the control cabinet. There are two of them. One for the Delivery and one for the Feeder Pile. They use 10 amp slow blow fuses.

 

both slm boards seem to be working the fuses are good and the red lights are on both . the display from the feeder is blank can that cause the feeder and delivery to malfunction. the feeder is about 5 inches from the top the delivery is about 2 inches from the bottom. we can start the press once we try and feed paper the press stops.

 

Give this a go.. It may not fix it but worth checking. Open the door on the foot board side by the feeder. Look at the feeder motor and unplug the white 4 pin plug and check all pins are correct and not pulled out. Sometimes when the operator opens the side door to carry work out they accidentally step on the cable (white plug) and 1 of the pins can pop out! causing the feed table not to move. Heidelberg Tech Came Out, Tech Was Here For Maybe 7 Hours Narrowed It Down To UFK2 Board Ordered Board Installed It And Wahla Still The Same Problem No Up And Down On Feeder And Delivery And LCD Blank On Feeder Called back Heidelberg They Will Send Another Tech Out As Soon As They Have One Available Another Day Down This Sucks ...
