Recently i moved my Classic DI, we reinstaled in a new place and everything was running good, until some days ago.
When it burn plates it follow a process wich its spooling plates, burning plates, washing plates then create ink profile for the work.
well when its trying to create the profile it suddently stucks and it dont comes up again, the green square never turns white and i have to reset the machine so the computer can work again, but when i turn it up again, there is no new ink profile (it keeps showing the profile of the last work).
Aswell when i try to ajust the inking on the screen manually if i move the 4 colors before pressing the confirm button it get stucked again adn i have to turn it off.
exactly the same thing happen when i use the option to get all the ink keys/stroke to 25 or 90%/0 it get stuck and never comes up again.

    any ideas?

It sounds like there are too many ink profiles stored on the hard drive. If there are over 75 of them the GUI will lock up when trying to create an ink profile.

Thanks Paul, i already found the problem, the ink profiles stored are almost empty, it was a fail on connecting two of the electrical wires in the ink keys main board, apparently it was creating an issue when moving all 4 colors at the same time.

For my good luck all the wires was marked where it was before disconnecting the machine so i could found the problem.

    Greetings!!
