Blankets damaging with substrate edge.

    Had anyone experienced this issue?

    Blanket cuts with substrate edge after a few thousand impressions.
    Tried 2 different Brands, but same issue. Strange thing is that, it is happening on all presses.

    Dear friend from as I can see on your picture, your paper knife (guillotine) is not sharp. So your paper on the cutting edges is "ticker" and that's why you have this problem,especially on the ticker substrate.

    and if the paper is not being pre-cut by a guillotine and I would presume that you would be buying paper in bulk & on a pallet to go straight in the machine, it could be an issue with the paper mill.
