dc 240 dead

    Hello to all, while updating the firmweare my DocuColor 240 went wrong and loads then it is not. The progress bar stops at the first steep and unique DAFT goes up and down. The DC240 does not start even so Gp 1 (special boot modes). I have the PWS and NVM diskette. How can I restore everything as an alternative? Thanks in advance. and sorry for my English.

    What firmware version did you reload and how did you do that ?

    Hi

    I know it sounds funny. try either booting up with the front door open or remove any options you have like finisher or HCF and boot up.
