PQC is not sending commands to Ink Keys

Dear friends,
I have a Lithrone 526 0f 1989 make. Today morning when we started the machine we found that the PQC is not able to operate Ink Keys. All other functions from PQC are normal. Today morning there was some fluctuations in one phase of main power supply line. I need help in restoring the PQC.

Sounds like the ink key power supply may have failed or tripped the breaker. Start with checking the NFU unit breakers, should be two. If they are on check the PW0 power supply for 15VDC.

An SMPS in Black Box was found defective. Replaced, PQC is working, but PQC is not able to control Ink fountain of 5th unit.
