HELP!! Can't delete images off plates

Our company recently switched to fugi plates...I have to delete images off cover spines after printing so a certain quantity. I have used a couple deletion pens and soft to hard hones. The image reappears after the press rolls a few sheets..worse yet, it may seem like its gone forever then after running about 150 sheets parts of the image reappears...This Sucks!!! Does anybody have any kind of solution that is effective and will delete images????? Hell, I even used hot type wash on the image and it still prints.

What can you tell us about the plates ?

Do you bake the plates ?
Proccessless ?

 

fuji makes a deletion pen thats proprietary to their plates. Just tell them what line of plates your running as they make a few different ones. Even the fuji deletion pen requires a bit of effort but if done according to their instructions it will work.
