Is this like the Ryobi 3302? If so there's a tail clamp release on the OPS (operator side). It's a teardrop shaped thing with a 10mm nut located on the tail edge of the clamp on the outside of the plate cyl. To release overall pressure move upwards. Then you will see 4 square lock nuts (***click on link below and see red arrows for location***) also 10mm, 2 on the top of the clamp lead edge and 2 on the bottom of tail clamp on bottom. These can move left or right 180* this will release plate from the clamps. Don't confuse these with the 6 point nuts on the lead and tail edge also. Those are to take up slack/bubble after plate is on. I know the ABD version of the 3302 used the same clamps. Same press only different color covers. The 4 plate clamp locks nuts open and close the lead and tail edges of the clamps. Once you get the plates off poke around them a bit to see how they work. BTW I normally engage water form lever when mounting a plate. Keep the slack out so you get a nice fit. Be sure to zero everything out and then setup for your plates be them metal or poly. There is also a 10mm nut (see a 10mm pattern here?) on the lead and tail clamp operator side outside the cyl. These are too cock the plate +- if crooked on lead and tail. If everything is nice and clean you should see the red tip arrows on lead clamp and ruler inside cyl to zero them out as a guide.

Feed jam detector lamp - which lamp?
Verify that the feed band is not over the first sensor.
    Clean all the optic sensors.
First is on the feed tray. Second sensor is after the feed drum, near the first blanket. Access from under the feed table. Third is after the first blanket, under the wash-up tray. Forth is after the second blanket. Access from the delivery area.

Optionally, under the feed table there is a panel. Open it, turn off the four rocker switches which control the sensors to test.

The top guard lamp is controlled by a switch inside the non-op side cover. Adjust switch. (Position is (probably) controlled by loosening screws and moving switch.)
The machine has molletin dampening or other>
