3304h double sheet light

Hello every body
Tnx for accepted me on the forum.
Im from dominican republic and newbe with 3304
If somebody can tell me something because the double sheet light illuminated all the time and the press only pass 3 sheet and stop to set the paper, but nothing hapens all the time the same 3 sheet and stop.
Any advice?.

Try cleaning (dusting off) your feed board sensors(the electronic double sheet detector as well as the sensor under the transfer cylinder, you have to reach under to get to that one.) If all else fails you can turn off those sensors(not reccomended)
