KOMORI 28P uneven stacks in delivery.

Stacks are coming out high at grip edge and low on back edge. Have a weko AP232 spray unit, sheet length is set correct and it is not setting off on back edge, but it looks like the powder stops half way up the sheet

 

Have you tried run the sprayer in manual mode? When was the last time you vacuumed the bowl and blew out the lines? Did it ever work properly at one point? How long ago? What changed? What kind of powder are you using?

 

have tried it in manual mode in the past, didn't seem to make any difference. Also have cleaned it out with not much luck aswell, we have been changing our brand of spbuiestray powder a bit due to supply problems. This is probably the only thing that has changed, its only a new press for me, we got it second hand from the UK and happen to arrive right at our busiest time, trying to work out everything on the run. Got a few other issues, i think i might be on this site a bit

 

You might want to check the delay setting I run an L-428 and the delay / pause timing might be off a little. Good luck

On our press it's in a compartment behind the control panel for the weko their is a control box that you can set the distance between Gripper bars in MM not inches, and the delay setting is on the side also, it has 3 black plastic 1/2" screw caps over the adjusters. You might check out the weko web site to see if they have operator manuals for your model. Good luck l Whiskars
