You need service manual to deal with this error code.

Could be a bad fuser relay, interlock switch, thermistor,...etc. Is the fuser not coming on at all even at power up or does it drop out during a run? Need to reset the error in diagnostics thru PSIP.

ive been getting this code lately myself. haven't figured out where it is coming from (i think it's a bad fuser lamp connection). have to go into services logon and diagnostic, under fuser lamps B, wait till they reset (from triangle to squares) then log back on and should take care of it for a while. try a different fuser roll and see if it happens again.

thanks, had a service call 3 times already, yeah thats what they did, reset, but after few thousands impressions it came back. still waiting for the tech to come (another waiting game). i suggested to replace the external heat roll/lamp that seems worn out. tech still MIA. hope i could log on service diagnostic, but i am not allowed. any input i am planning to hack it, lol!

I am currently getting this fault code about every hour into a long run. I reset it in the PSIP and run, but it returns. Here is the kicker, it trips the circuit breaker when it happens. I have been looking at it with my tech through out the day when it happens and we haven't been able to figure out why it would consistently trip the breaker when it does this.
The tech has looked over the fuser area, the sensors look good and they are testing fine. I thought I would take this issue to the collective mind and see if any of you have experienced anything similar.

Check the thermostat and make sure the spacing is correct. Could be bad connections in the thermistor/thermostat lines that has the 24 volts running through it.

If it is tripping the breaker then the lamp is probably knackered. Anything that will cause the lamp circuits to go OC will create one of a few codes (10-5009 is a classic when the heater is not plugged in). My manual not to hand but if my memory serves me correctly 10-3112 is related to one of the external lamps. Replace them even if they "look" OK

Well actually, the breaker was tripping first and then it would cause the fault code as the result. We didn't really do anything, we were letting the machine run for the next instance, but it hasn't happened yet. So maybe the issue has worked itself out. Still pretty odd though. I was able to finish out my shift with a couple of consecutive hours of running and it hasn't popped up yet this morning.
If it turns back up I will update you on some of this things I replace, or the things the tech and I do to work it out. Thanks for the feedback.

We were getting this one constantly. Wound up we were getting power surges. Had to bring an electrician in to permanently fix the problem.
