I've never had any luck with it myself. Out of curiosity what happens if you try it on a 50# profile?

Thanks Greg..I let the stock sit in the tray for 2 hrs and programed it as 45lb and shes humming away.....for now!!
I think by doing this, the paper was mis-feeding a little and the igen did not know it, as I had
Chevrons on the lead edge?.....lucky that I had enough space to back trim !!!

haha i cannot help, but I thank your for that original post....good laugh.

Feel your pain, sometimes nothing you can do....

I am struggling with 80# linen cover right now. Not on Igen but on the POS sorrento. WILL NOT RUN, it is not a supported media... but It has a highlight color blue I am stuck with it.

Best part, we did one last year, I warned them no to do it again, it doesnt run for $hit in those glorified boat anchors..... And yet.... here we are. It runs great on Igen...but noone will approve it due to cost. ugh.

We seem to have difficulty with anything under 50#, so we always tell it's a little heavier than it is. Works most of the time.
