what your seeing is a ghost. A few things to try.... be sure your bridge roller is in its integrated position and that is moving side to side. Then you could loosen up the cups on the first 3 form rollers and allow them to move side to side. If this doesn't do it as a last resort you could image the form on the plate cocked at least an inch or so. Of course this will require a bit larger sheet and some extra work in finishing but it will most likely solve your ghost problem
You could also image your plates with ghost busters but my fingers would cramp up from typing the procedure for doing that.

On that top picture, I can see you have a lot of space at the back of the sheet to move that image sideways so that the gutter is in line with the white space near to the barcodes?

This is hapening anywhere on the paper. If there is blank square in the middle of a tone the ghosting will apear above it...

I am not sure about the print direction of your second image. On your first: re-impo with gutter at the back (turn image 180deg. on plate). Impo with the gutter in line with an ink zone, even if it means running the job a couple of mm off-center. This is only to have more control of your problem area. Ghost busters on the back edge is also a good idea, together with oscillation set properly.

Maybe you could try an easy possible solution first......make sure all your inking rollers and dampers are set correctly.

Ghost busters are extra solids that match the blank image areas on the plate, obviously they have to be in line with the affected area and MUST be outside of the trim area, you will need quite a bit of spare paper outside of the trim and this is never enough for the full effect of the ghost buster, therefore just add enough image as the paper will allow.

Mr Heidelberg, I see you're a demonstrator so would assume by looking at the OP's images, that this kind of problem will arise no matter how good your roller settings are, yes they can be mitigated but never eradicated by roller settings alone?

One other suggestion to the OP, I cannot see any trim marks but can your image department continue the image without a gutter, or is that white gutter absolutely necessary?
