QMDI plus installation.

Guys anyone in NYC can assemble a qmdi plus? Please let me know. Thank you.

Thank you Mr. Paul Cavanaugh, Anthony I suppose? I am trying to get in touch with him in few different ways with no success May be tomorrow it will be less busy day so he will answer. Let me ask you a question please - is there a way to "Inch" QMDI without the power on?

You have to relase the 'BREAK' with the footpedal

 

And turn the flywheel with the tool provided !!

 

Provided tool huh ? I just received the press, truck driver smashed the trailer in to overpass so there was a 3 feet wide "SkyLight"
Sender overlooked that there are 3 pallets not two, so I have doubts that the tool is provided, to me at least
So there is a way - cool. Guys from Heidelberg, how much is control panel for QMDI? I guess I need the whole white panel that serves as control panel and monitor stand?

Call the parts department at 800-437-7388, they can give you a hand with the control panel.

 

Gentlemen, I will have my QMDI press assembled and fine tuned by a heidelberg professional as it should be but there are plenty of simple things in assembling process, I don't want to waist a technician's valuable time (and believe me, it is really valuable $$$) on simple things... Can anyone please point me in right direction where to get/buy/borrow a service manual and/or assemble manual? Thank you.

Btw the tool provided is basically a large socket wrench I think its 24mm or 22mm
