feeding problems on SM102

Hi there,

Im currently experiencing 2 problems on my SM102 with regards to feeding.

1 is the sheets are checking at the front lay, and the MID says its miss aligned, but the sheets are straight on the travel path.

2 is i constantly picking up doubles on when running 80gsm bond. i have tried everything,

please can somebody advise.

The eyes need realigning, there is a procedure but I don't know it off hand?

As for the doubles, angle your suckers as much as you can and don't have too much blow, just enough to separate the top few sheets.

 

Have you tried tissue paper suckers, they are the suckers that fit over the black things.
