Where is the cheapest place to buy an upper feed roller for an Itek 975. Money is tight so I need to get the part cheap as I can. Thanks

printers repair parts is pretty resonable and they go by original part numbers so no hassle finding the parts you need

I emailed them today for pricing. Also the delivery grippers are randomly dropping sheets. How can I tell by looking at the gripper fingers, is there a tale tale sign that says I need to be replaced?

When were the chains replaced last? If you are maxed out on the spring pressure on the chains or have a lot of up and down play in the gripper itself it's time for a new set of chains. You can check the rubber on the grippers and see what that looks like, but chances are the chains are stretched need replacing.

There is no rubber on the delivery grippers not needed really. I just had to re adjust my timing on my chain it had gotten off by about a 1/8" and would drop a sheet here and there's no reason why it got out of timing it just happened so I had to advance my chain
