You probably have already done this but, already rechecked your rollers settings? And verified your packing+blanket thickness as well?

If you have good results the first weeks of use then it starts to go bad. That mean the blanket has lost its gauge a bit. Add a little more packing to bring it back up.

Are the blankets you are using dedicated strippable coater blankets or just normal blankets? If they are normal blankets the compressible layer may be collapsing, if you are using coater blankets then I would suspect too much pressure somewhere. The blanket should be maximum overbearer of 2 thou or 0.05mm. Anilox stripe onto the blanket should be 4-5mm with this arrangement, remember you must set anilox stripe with coater unit in pressure!
If this is how you have it and the problem is still there then blanket tension may be the cause. The blanket must be tight or it will create a wave effect from front to back when the anilox hits it and when the front edge of the blanket hits the impression cylinder. This will slowly destroy the integrity of the blanket.
If you use the same blanket for a lot of jobs/runs then a dry elief plate like Cyrel is better.
