offset gto

hello every body i have a problem in my offset gto 52 and i dont find a solution
the problem is that i have a friction between piece 1 and 2 (in pic)
plz what can be the solution thnx

Khaled , I do not understand the problem and can not see anything on the attached photo but a GTO 2 color press

Try putting the problem in some more words

its hard to explain it with words but if you have e-mail i can send you the pic

 

that pic is to blurry to see what your drawing on. give us more info and we can help piece one is what infeed roller and piece two is what rider roller or what can't tell in pic

 

@khaled, Do you have much more detailed photo than this? We really can't determine the problem.

could it be that you have a mis-register between unit 1 & 2 ?
Is that the issue ?

Broken torsion spring in the swing gripper assembly, causing problem with loss of pretension in movement (timing) of swing gripper? As previous posters mentioned, more info needed to nail this one down.
