Forced out!

    Hello,

    I'm being forced by my company to look at a new copier although my Canon does everything I need and works really well. They want me to look at a Konica Minolta Bizhub because the company that services our copiers doesn't sell or support Canon any longer so we will pay less for the service contract. We OWN the canon. We will LEASE the KM and get a service contract. Can it possibly be that much cheaper? Will I be giving up quality if I go to a KM product? Thanks!

    Canon has better color for sure. Quality and reliability will be similar (reliability may be a bit better with Konica).
    I would seek out a new service provider for your Canon. No need for a new lease...

    The lease with a service agreement won't be cheap.
