I have a di plus, that seems to lose color after the first 10-20 sheets? We will burn the plates, ink up and the first 20-30 sheets come with great color saturation, but after that it falls off tremendously? I have heard that the techno trans can be the culprit, we run ours at 19.2. Does anybody have experience with this? Thanks!

I don't know...do you have sufficient air pressure in the chiller?

19.2 is to low, should be around 23 degrees celcius. If first 20 sheets are ok than preinking is ok but inksettings are wrong or roomtemp. is to low. Did you change inkbrand is it on all colors.

How old are your ink ductor rollers and check and see if they are working properly.
I have had a similar situation, replaced those rollers in each head and it made a world of difference.

Another 'oh duh' thing you could check is to make sure your blanket squeeze is sufficient.
