need advice for GTOFS

Dear Gentelmen
regarding Heidelberg GTOFS machines from 1991-1995, we have many machines on our market and they have alot of problems at electrical system.
we tried many times to get them solved but we still have many problems through years .
latlly, it has came to our attention that these machine has some manufacturer defects .
we need more informations please

For me GTO series was the most reliable machine Heidelberg ever constructed. I worked with single color GTO as well as GTOV (4c) but never had serious problems. So could be helpfull if you describe the problems. On the other hand old machines got problems if maintanance made lousy.

i agree with you that GTO machines are most reliable machine on the earth but for GTO with Streem Feeder ) 1991-1995, they have a lot of problems .

so it seems that the problems are on feeder side - not really by GTO. Important to know if Heidelberg or other feeder (Mabeg f.e.) are installed.
btw. with stream feeder i had trouble too, but mostly the failure was me.

I'm agree with you. Heidelberg created these series just before starting SM52. They have so many problems. But they are no so complicate.
