Problems with Yellow Unit

I need help! I have been fighting yellow unit flooding blanket with yellow ink 200 impressions into job for last month. It completely covers blanket with yellow ink making paper turn yellow as well rendering it unusable. Just had new rollers installed last month went through and checked stripes they look fine, need assistance fast!

 

If you installed new rollers last month and the problem started a month ago I should check/check double check roller adjustment.

 

I have done that multiple times, problem didn't start right away probably a couple weeks maybe more. I have tried thicker stripes thin stripes you name it. We have a tech who did the same he was throwing out maybe an impression issue but doesn't make alot of sense to me.

 

Ditd you changed Ink brand or other badgenumber (which type of brand ink you use). Try the yellow ink on other station.

 

I use Toyo inks was using lz switched to mz seemed to help quite a bit. It stilled toned just not as much still wondering is impression causing some of the problems.

 

Did you try yellow on another station (to figure out if it is ink or station related).

 

its due to impression are getting inks from blanket.plates are not good developed.
