We just got a Konica Minolta Bizhub 7000, and recentely its begun stopping print jobs and putting them in "incomplete history" list with the cause as "Cancel". When this happens, the machine stops printing, the screen says "The order to stop job was accepted" and gets put in the incomplete list. No one has cancelled the job or stopped the job at all. This has been happening with both PDF and Word documents. Can someone please help me?!

Does the job begin printing, and then stop? Or does it stop before the job can start?

Are they mulit-page documets? Perhaps its not liking an item on one of the pages. Causing a crash when it RIPs.

Are you able to scan a document to your desktop or email?

We had our brand new KM C7000 installed the second week of October. We are very pleased with the decision so far. I have experienced this on 2 separate jobs though. Figured it was a communication error/glitch. I haven't contacted tech support about it because I didn't consider it to be a real issue at the time but finding this thread made me curious. Anybody else experience this? Any solution?
