"Xerox WC 7655 and SP (Screening Puzzle)"

Good afternoon my dear Greek friend, I also I have the WC 7655, the same machine that you and I'm very happy. I have read with great attention the post open "Xerox WC 7655 and SP (Screening Puzzle) and I would need to print DOT or LINE or ELLIPSE whenever I want and not According To machine's unknown way of Deciding".
For me it would be important for my job to know how do you get it? ... With a screwdriver and apart from postscript and unix knowledge to do so ...

I know you and your solution works, and you do not need help me but I would be very grateful.

By the way, you know how you can print at 2400 x 2400, or 600x600 dpi 1200x1200x whenever you want?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks in advance. :)

Hi guys. There was mentioned that why xerox makes DC242 and DC252 which are the same machines only 10 cmp apart in speed. What's interesting is - there is no difference in production cost - there is a chip that programmed to tell machine a rotating speed so here is the question - I xerox can afford to sell a DC242 for, say, 22,000 (I don't know how much - just made up the number) why is 252 is few thousand more expensive? It is highly unlikely that they spent an extra penny to make 252 VS 242.... Then comes a maintenance and duty cycle - 252 is higher that 242, if it the same machine why PM should last longer in 252 if it is the same machine as 242? Looks like we're being fed a load of crap by entire copier manufacture industry - It does works about the same with other manufacturers. I used to work as a tech for Toshiba, Sharp, proficient in Canon equipment, it is about the same politics from anyone....
    It is just sad...
I mean supposedly a team of engineers creates a print engine, test it and difine that it can stably run producing speed of DC262. Ok - great, lets make the best of it and sell it to our customer at best possible price and make more money on service contracts and repeat business. To make a long story short - If DC262 exist, why castrate it to be 242? If 242 being sold and profit is made - this should be acceptable price for the box even if few digit in the E-prom changed and it runs with the speed of 262... I mean at some point everything become obvious, and people will realize that they're being held for an idiots and walk away and they should...
