I have a TOK operator that has come in to work in the morning to find his ductor in the delivery. This has happened 5 or 6 times in as many weeks. I can't seem to make it fall out myself and I hate to think somebody is harassing the operator.
Has any TOK operators out the had their ductor roller fall out?

    Thanks John

Obviously, you have an older piece of equipment so anything is possible, but I can say that back when they were new we did not experience any issues with ductor rollers falling out on their own. It would have to be a mechanical issue which should be realatively easy to find or maybe a call to "Ghost Hunters" is in order. : )

I ran a tok for nearly ten years and never had that problem, i used to take the roller out to do a good wash up as the roller was rubbish when washing up.
It clicks back into place, so maybe the clip holders are worn.
