I need a vinyl that runs on the imagepress 6010. I have tried Bravo, Spinnaker and GPA with no luck. I suffer frequent jams and melted vinyl. Anyone have a another supllier to try?

    Hello,
I don't know if this will be of any help so please bare with me. I ran a Xerox 800 and static was a problem. I used copper anti static wire inside the paper feeder and also anti static spray. Doubles were a problem so slip sheeting with a similar coated weight cover helped. Luckily it was a short run. Good luck.

Yes, Mohawks Vinyl sheets seem to run well.

As does Spinnaker's, however we were not satisfied with the sheet quality, plus they were difficult to run through our UV coater.

Plastic stock I'm not so sure about. I haven't tested this. Vinyl is Ok, Polyester is OK.

    Hi,

The Stocking thickness is 0.31mm, we just printed test this afternoon in Canon Dealer, it can run well on this stocking thickness but the temperature so high then the Material was alittle bit melt. the Engineer change the specification of server then printing OK. but the importand I would like to know how to make the file to print with best quality on C1.

Does anybody have used C1 or 6010VP for sales?
