delivery clutch locked

    Hi there, I have a problem with our DI.
    If I want to burn plates, the delivery chain is not standing still. I get the message
    "delivery clutch locked"
    It is coming up as a yellew fault.
    I replaced a valve on the drive site, switch on OS is working to.
    Any options, please help.

    There are a few problems you can be having. Either the flag sensors are off, the air piston is not working or the shaft that actuates the pawl mechanism is stuck inside the tube it goes through.

    The last item will need a technician on site.
