    Hi,

Out of interest can anyone recommend a series of pantone inks guaranteed to dry hard on a 350gsm business card board, available in the UK?
It's only business cards with bleeds I have problems with, truthfully I'm fed up with interleaving.

    Thanks in anticipation

Depends more on the board you use, I would say. It always takes longer to dry but I tend to use Hostman Steinberg ink and Advocate board. It still needs to be left at least 24hrs. Do 'em digital! Much easier for business cards!

Have a word with your ink supplier for an additive, although i'd first check your ink/water balance or guillotine clamp pressure

hello inky have you tried a gloss varnish on heavy coverage and bleeds we varnish theese types of cards all the time
and have been able to turn jobs around next day add drying stimulator to varnish .varnish will seal card and help to

if your doing alot of biz cards i would recommend investing in a slitter. A slitter will allow you to make nice clean cuts without the marks that a guillotine cutters clamp and knife would make on the edges of the card.

Maybe try a flood varnish to seal it.
