What rollers are you looking for? I might have what you need or can get them for you.

I paid 1200 euro (all four units including new bearings) 3 years ago for original botcher rollers.

There is nothing wrong with recovered rollers if they are done right. Botcher rollers are very good and will last a long time if they are taking care of. I would stay away from Syntac as they do not seem to last as long as other rollers.

Hi Anthony, have you fixed your feeder problem yet? Maybe I can send one of my technicians to help you.

    Hi Rick
You mentioned having “one of your technicians” come to my shop and fix my press. If this is the same “technician” that worked on the QMDI press in east long meadow MA. Im going to have to pass on your offer.
I would be afraid that he would come back to my shop after hours and break in and help himself to some parts. But if I ever decide to turn to a life of crime and I need a good stick up guy or get away driver I will give you call ,your technician would be perfect for that job.

It was TETTERODE a dutch company that sells Heidelberg, but in your other post I saw you need them for a ryobi. Here in the Netherlands they are sold by MAN-ROLAND. Or otherwise try direcly by BOETCHER ROLLERS.

    Hi T.Printman,
I owe set for 4 units original Karat 46 rollers made in Japan, not used yet. They were delivered along with the new press I've installed 2 month ago. I've ordered a set of UV rollers for this applications and standard rollers are available now.
You could refurbish your rollers, but you will have to stop production for 2-3 weeks, because Boettcher has no axes available for this press. Send me PM to get the quotation. You could exchange them in one day, and send me your wormed axes back.
